No Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

– Change of mind
– Incorrect information provided by the customer during ordering
– Normal wear and tear
– Minor variations in color, printing, or design that do not affect functionality
– Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Non-Working QR Code

If the QR code supplied by QRTAG9 is not functional and fails to redirect or display the intended information despite proper usage.

2. Defective or Tampered Product

If the product is received in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition due to manufacturing or packaging issues.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide the order number.
3. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
4. Allow our team to verify the reported problem.

Verification & Approval

Our team will review the submitted evidence and verify the issue. If the claim is found valid, a refund will be approved.

QRTAG9 reserves the right to reject refund requests where:

– The QR code functions correctly.
– The product has been intentionally damaged.
– Insufficient evidence is provided.
– The issue is caused by customer misuse or unauthorized modifications.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited through the original payment method used for the purchase.
